Sensitive payment card information (i.e. full credit card numbers) is processed directly by our secure third-party payment processor, Wix. We do not store this sensitive payment data on our servers.

    • Communication Data: Information you provide when contacting us via email (e.g., support@electricdogstudio.com) or through any contact forms.

    • Google Login: If you choose to log in using your Google account, you authorize Google to share certain profile information (like your email address and name) with us for authentication purposes.

  • Information Collected Automatically (via Wix):

    • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited and duration on pages.

    • Device Information: Your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

    • Location Information: General geographic location data (e.g., city, region) derived from your IP address.

  • We retain your purchase history as long as your member account is active and for a necessary period afterward for financial record-keeping and tax compliance.
